Meghan Gentile

Meghan Gentile has represented thousands of veterans at VA, the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Court of Federal Claims in class action cases and individual litigation. She enjoys complex litigation and oral argument at the CAVC and the Federal Circuit. She collaborates with other veterans’ advocates to expand the practice of representing veterans and their families.

Meghan graduated from Georgetown Law in 2008. She practiced in the corporate and bankruptcy groups at Pryor Cashman, LLP in New York before managing a class action for veterans at the National Veterans Legal Services Program in Washington, DC. She continued her class action experience at Cohen Milstein, PLLC. Meghan joined the Veterans Legal Advocacy Group in 2015.

She serves on the Committee on Admissions and Practice at the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the Board of Governors for the CAVC Bar Association.
