Victoria Tamayo Seabol

Victoria Tamayo Seabol is a VA-accredited attorney dedicated to representing veterans and their families before the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Victoria discovered her passion for veterans’ advocacy while attending Stetson University College of Law, where she interned with the Veterans Law Institute. There, she witnessed the legal and procedural barriers many veterans face in securing their earned benefits, inspiring her to devote her career to veterans law. She graduated cum laude from Stetson and received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award in recognition of her commitment to public service.

Since entering private practice, Victoria has represented hundreds of veterans through every stage of the VA appeals process. She has successfully litigated complex legal and medical issues, including establishing service connection for neuropathy caused by frostbite sustained during the Korean War and proving secondary service connection between post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and obstructive sleep apnea. She has represented veterans from World War II to the present day and has developed particular experience identifying effective date errors that can substantially increase retroactive benefits.

Victoria is an active member of the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates (NOVA) and contributes to the veterans law community through legal education and professional presentations. She is passionate about strengthening the practice of veterans law while helping fellow advocates better serve those who served our country.

Known for her compassionate approach and meticulous attention to detail, Victoria believes every client deserves clear communication, honest guidance, and dedicated advocacy. She works closely with each veteran to develop a strategy tailored to their unique circumstances, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the appeals process.
