Victoria is a dedicated veterans’ advocate, representing clients at the U.S. Court of
Appeals for Veterans Claims and at the VA. Her passion for veterans’ advocacy
developed during her time at Stetson University College of Law, where she interned at
the Veterans Law Institute. This experience exposed her to the challenging realities
veterans face to secure the benefits they deserve.
After graduating with honors from Stetson, Victoria continued her commitment to
veterans by representing hundreds of clients at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans
Claims and at the VA. She has demonstrated her skill by addressing complex issues, such
as connecting neuropathy to frostbite endured in the Korean War and establishing a
causal connection between sleep apnea and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Her
representation has included veterans of all U.S. conflicts from World War II to present,
and she particularly excels at identifying effective date issues for her clients.
With her extensive experience and compassionate nature, Victoria provides a
personalized touch to every case she handles. Clients can expect empathy,
communication, and hard work throughout their journey.
